Ingredients

for green chutney:

  • 1 cup coriander
  • ½ cup mint
  • 2 tbsp roasted gram dal
  • 4 chilli
  • 2 inch ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp aamchur
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp water

for club sandwich:

  • 3 slice bread white / brown
  • butter
  • 4 slice potato boiled
  • 4 slice tomato

for cheese sandwich:

  • 2 slice bread white / brown
  • butter
  • 4 slice potato boiled
  • 6 slice cucumber
  • 4 slice tomato
  • 5 slice onion
  • 2 tbsp cheese grated

Instructions

how to make green chutney:

  • firstly, in a blender take 1 cup coriander and ½ cup mint.
  • add 2 tbsp roasted gram dal, 4 chilli, 2 inch ginger, 4 cloves garlic, and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
  • also add ½ tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp aamchur, 1 tsp sugar and ½ tsp salt.
  • blend to smooth paste adding 3 tbsp water.
  • finally, green chutney recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.

how to make club sandwich:

  • firstly, take 3 slices of bread and spread butter and green chutney on one slice.
  • place 4 slices of potato and place another slice of bread spread with butter and green chutney.
  • now on top of bread, spread butter, and green chutney.
  • place 4 slices tomato and cover with bread slice. make sure to spread bread with butter and green chutney.
  • finally, cut chutney sandwich into 4 triangles and is ready to serve or pack into your lunch box.

how to make cheese sandwich:

  • firstly, take a slice of bread and spread butter and green chutney.
  • place 4 slice potato, 6 slice cucumber, 4 slice tomato, 5 slice onion.
  • also, top with 2 tbsp cheese.
  • now cover with bread slice. make sure to spread bread with butter and green chutney.
  • grill the sandwich spreading butter as required.
  • grill to golden brown and cut in half.
  • finally, enjoy cheese sandwich topped with more cheese if required.
