firstly, in a mixer jar take 2 potatoes and blend to smooth paste adding ½ cup water. keep aside.
in a large bowl take 2 cup rice flour, ½ cup besan, ¾ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chaat masala and ½ tsp salt.
mix well making sure all the spices are well combined.
further, add aloo paste and water as required and start to knead the dough.
knead to the smooth and soft dough without putting much pressure.
now to prepare snacks, take the medium-sized hole mould and fix it to chakli maker. make sure to grease the chakli maker to avoid sticking.
stuff the dough into the chakli maker and close tight.
now press into hot oil by giving random shapes.
fry on low flame until the sev turns golden brown and crispy.
drain off to remove excess oil.
crush the sev slightly.
add ½ tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar powder and pinch hing.
mix gently, making sure all the spices are well combined.
in the oil, place a sieve and fry ¼ cup peanut, 2 tbsp almond, 2 tbsp cashew, ½ cup dry coconut, 2 tbsp raisins and few curry leaves.
add in fried nuts and mix well.
finally, aloo mixture recipe is ready and can be stored in an airtight container for a month.
