firstly, in a large bowl take 2 potato and ¼ cup corn flour. corn flour helps to absorb moisture from potato and holds shape while frying.
also add ½ tsp chilli flakes, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp mixed herbs and ½ tsp salt.
mix well making a soft dough.
now grease hands with oil and pinch a ball sized dough.
shape to tikki and shallow fry in hot oil.
flip over once the base turns golden brown.
fry the tikki on both sides until it turns golden brown and crisp.
drain off the aloo tikki, and keep aside.
to prepare pizza, place the tikki in another pan with less oil.
spread 1 tsp pizza sauce on each tikki.
also top with onion, capsicum, tomato, sweet corn, olives and cheese.
further, sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
cover and simmer for 2 minutes or until the cheese melt completely.
finally, enjoy crispy aloo tikki pizza.
