firstly, in a pan heat 2 tbsp oil. add 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp chana dal, pinch hing and few curry leaves.
splutter the tempering.
now add 1½ cup rava and roast until the rava turns aromatic.
cool completely, and transfer to the large bowl.
add 1 cup curd, ½ tsp salt, and mix well.
also, add ½ cup water and mix forming a lump-free thick batter.
cover and rest for 10 minutes or until the rava absorb well.
now add 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp carrot, and 2 tbsp coriander. mix well.
further, just before steaming add ½ tsp eno fruit salt and 3 tbsp water.
mix well forming a frothy batter.
transfer the batter to a tray lined with baking paper.
steam for 30 minutes or until it is cooked fully.
cool completely, and cut into pieces.
