Ingredients

  • ¼ cup paneer cubed
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
  • ½ cup cheese grated
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • bread slices
  • butter for spreading

Instructions

  • Firstly, in a small bowl take ¼ cup paneer, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp sweet corn and 2 tbsp capsicum.
  • Also add 2 tbsp pizza sauce, and 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise and mix well.
  • Add in ½ cup cheese, ½ tsp mixed herbs and ½ tsp chilli flakes. Mix well making sure all the spices are well combined.
  • Take the bread slice, and spread butter on it.
  • Stuff in prepared pizza stuffing and top with a generous amount of cheese.
  • Cover the bread slice and spread butter on top.
  • Grill the bread on the pan until the sandwich turns golden and crisp from both sides.
  • Finally, cut in half and enjoy Pizza Sandwich.
