firstly, in a large mixing bowl add ¾ cup thickened cream. preferably use 35% milk fat.
beat or whisk for a minute or till stiff peaks appear.
further add ½ cup milkmaid and ½ cup full cream milk. add more milkmaid if you prefer it to be more sweet.
give a mix making sure everything is combined well.
additionally, add 3 paan leaf chopped finely.
add 2 tbsp dates, 1 tbsp almonds, 1 tbsp pistachios, 1 tbsp cashew, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, 1 tsp saunf.
also add 2 drops green food colour.
mix well making sure everything is combined well.
transfer the mixture to matka or kulfi mould.
cover and freeze for 8 hours or till it sets completely.
finally, serve paan kulfi recipe garnished with few chopped nuts.
