Ingredients

for stuffing:

  • 2 tsp oil
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • ½ capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 medium potato boiled & mashed
  • 3 tbsp peri peri sauce / chilli sauce
  • salt to taste

other ingredients:

  • 2 tsp butter
  • 3 chapati / wrap leftover
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise homemade / store-brought
  • 1 cup cabbage thinly shredded
  • 6 tbsp cheddar / mozzarella cheese grated

Instructions

  • firstly, prepare the stuffing by heating oil.
  • saute ½ onion till they turn translucent.
  • also saute ½ capsicum for a minute or two.
  • additionally, add 2 boiled and mashed potato and saute for a minute.
  • furthermore, add 3 tbsp peri peri sauce / chilli sauce and salt to taste.
  • mix well and stuffing is ready. keep aside.
  • now heat tawa and warm up leftover chapati or wrap with some butter.
  • further spread a tsp of mayonnaise (homemade / store-brought)
  • also spread 2 tbsp of prepared stuffing.
  • top with few shredded cabbage and grated cheese.
  • roll tight making sure the stuffing doesn't come out.
  • also wrap with a aluminum foil to get a street side feel.
  • finally, serve veg cheese frankie or pack to your lunch box.
