firstly, take 1 cup of water in a large saucepan.
add 3 pods of cardamom, open the pods and add to the water for more flavours.
also grate 1 inch of ginger.
now add 2 tsp of tea powder. increase the amount of tea powder, to make the tea stronger.
additionally add sugar.
now boil for 5 minutes on medium flame. boil more to make tea more stronger.
furthemore, add ¾ cup of milk.
boil for 2 minutes, make sure to mix in between.
later with the help of small filter, filter the chai separating the tea leaves and pour into glass.
finally, serve the the cutting chai hot along with biscuits.
