firstly, take medium / large sized onions and cut to rings.
further, separate the onion slices into rings, and set aside.
now take 2 onion rings of one larger size and one smaller size.
further, in between stuff the prepared aloo-cheese stuffing.
now dip it into the corn flour-maida paste and coat well.
then coat with bread crumbs. spread the bread crumbs on a plate to ease the process.
repeat dipping in maida-corn paste and breadcrumbs again.
now freeze the coated onion rings in freezer for 15-30 minutes.
heat oil. meanwhile, dust the excess bread crumbs. place them carefully in the medium hot oil.
fry them till they turn golden brown.
drain and place on an absorbent paper.
finally, serve cheesy stuffed onion rings hot with tomato ketchup or as it is.
