Firstly, dust the wheat dough with wheat flour.
Roll as thin as possible, dusting wheat flour.
Now spread oil, chilli powder, chaat masala, ajwain, salt and kasuri methi.
Mix well and spread uniformly.
Fold a zig-zag and roll it spirally, and tuck it from inside.
Dust with wheat flour, and roll slightly thick.
Also, top with chilli and roll gently.
Cook the roti on hot tawa, and flip over.
Roast the roti, spreading oil on both sides.
Cook until the paratha turns golden and crisp.
