firstly, in a sauce pan take 2 cup milk.
add ¼ cup cocoa powder, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp cream.
whisk continuously making sure the cocoa powder is well combined.
continue to whisk and get the milk to boil.
turn off the flame and add 1 tsp vanilla extract. mix well.
prepare whipping cream by taking 1 cup chilled whipping cream.
also add 2 tbsp powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
beat on low speed until the cream thickens.
after 5 minutes, the cream turns stiff peaks.
pour the hot chocolate into glass and a dollop of whipped cream.
finally, enjoy hot chocolate sprinkled with more cocoa powder.
