firstly, grate 200 grams paneer and keep aside.
in a large pan heat 2 tsp oil, 2 chilli, 2 clove garlic, and 2 tbsp coriander.
add ½ onion and saute until the onions shrink slightly.
keeping the flame on low add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, and 1 tsp kasuri methi. saute until the spices turn aromatic.
now add 2 tomato and saute well.
mash smooth making sure everything is well combined.
further add grated paneer, ½ tsp salt, and mix well.
add 1 cup water and mix well adjusting consistency as required.
now add 1 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp coriander, and simmer for 2 minutes.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
finally, enjoy paneer ghotala with buttery pav.
