firstly, in a heavy-bottomed pan dry roast 2 cup makhana on low flame.
roast until the makhana turns crunchy.
transfer to the plate and allow to cool completly.
now dry roast ½ cup almonds until it turns crunchy.
also, add 4 dry dates and roast well.
cool completely and transfer to the plate.
now take 2 tbsp sesame, 2 tbsp flax seeds, 2 tbsp poppy seeds, and 1 inch dry ginger.
roast until the poppy seeds sharts to pop.
cool completely, and mix all the ingredients well.
transfer the roasted ingredients to the mixer jar.
add 2 pieces mishri and grind to a fine powder.
you can store this in an airtight container.
also, add ½ tsp saffron and mix well.
store the energy drink powder for a month in an airtight container.
to prepare the drink, take 2 cup of milk.
add 2 tbsp of prepared energy drink powder and mix well.
also, add a few makhana and get the milk to a boil.
finally, enjoy energy drink before going to bed or in the morning.
