Energy Drink Recipe | Homemade Super Energy Milk Drink – No Sugar with step-by-step photo and video recipe. These days the market is flooded with so many fancy energy drinks which claim to provide ample sources of energy. However, one has to be very careful with these as they may be loaded with added sugar or artificial sweeteners to impact the healthy diet. However, there are certain natural and healthy drinks that not only provide energy but also improve digestion, and energy milk drink is one such recipe.

I have posted quite a few energy-related recipes including energy ladoo and energy bars, but this recipe is the simplest of all. Unlike these laddus and bars, there is no complexity in setting or shaping the desserts. You need to just mix all the nuts and fruits to make coarse energy powder. Later it is mixed and boiled with full cream milk and it is ready to be served. However, you may wonder how this works. Basically, the natural homemade energy drink is loaded with B vitamins like B6 & B12 which are important for the metabolism of fats, carbs, and proteins. This eventually helps to improve alertness, and concentration and reduce fatigue feelings. This can be further boosted by adding a hint of caffeine coffee powder to make it even more effective. However, I have skipped it to make it a natural healthy drink.

Furthermore, some more related and important tips, variations, and suggestions for a perfect energy drink recipe. Firstly, I would heavily recommend using full cream or fresh whole milk to prepare this recipe. If you are dairy allergic, feel free to use soy milk, or almond milk as an alternative to cow’s milk. Secondly, to add more flavor to the drink, you may add vanilla, chocolate, or even cinnamon to make it more interesting. Further, you can also add other ingredients like coffee powder for the caffeine effect or protein supplements like maca powder, ashwagandha, or ginseng. Lastly, the powder prepared in this recipe can also be used and mixed with other dessert recipes like sheera or payasam. You may have to store the powder in an airtight container for longer shelf life. Also, once the milk is prepared you may have to store it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh.
