firstly, take 2 bread slices and pour water over them.
squeeze off the water and transfer the bread slices to a large bowl.
add 1 potato, ½ cup paneer, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp aamchur and ½ tsp salt.
squeeze and mix well making sure everything is well combined.
add 2 tbsp corn flour, ½ onion, 2 tbsp coriander, 2 chilli and mix well.
grease hand with oil and shape the tikki.
roll in breadcrumbs to get crunchy outer surface.
deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium.
stir occasionally, until the tikki turns golden brown and crispy.
drain off to remove excess oil.
