firstly, in a small bowl take 2 tbsp khus khus, 2 tbsp cashew, 2 tbsp almonds, 1 tsp saunf and 2 pods cardamom.
soak in water for 30 minutes or until the skin of the almonds separates.
peel the skin of the almonds and transfer them to the mixer jar.
add 2 tbsp custard powder and grind to smooth paste. keep aside.
in a large pan heat 1 litre milk.
once the milk warms up, add prepared khus paste and mix well.
continue to cook on low flame until the milk thickens and turns glossy.
also, add ¼ cup sugar and ¼ tsp green food colour.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
transfer to a large bowl and chill for 2 hours.
also add 2 tbsp sabja and mix well.
