firstly, in a small vessel take 1 cup water.
tie a cloth on top using a rubber band or thread.
add 2 tbsp tea powder, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 inch ginger, 6 pods cardamom, ½ tsp pepper, 1 inch cinnamon and ½ tsp cloves.

add some water on the bottom of the cooker.

in a saucepan take 2 cup milk and get to a boil.
add prepared tea decoction and mix well.
