firstly, in a pan take 1½ cup rice flour and dry roast on low flame.
roast until the rice flour turns aromatic. make sure not to brown the rice flour.
add ½ cup cream and continue to cook until the flour turns moist.
further add ¾ cup coconut and mix well.
now add ¾ cup sugar and mix until the sugar starts to melt.
do not over cook after adding the sugar, as the ladoo will turn hard.
press the flour tightly so that the flour remains moist.
cover and rest for 5 minutes, so that everything turns moist.
meanwhile, in a pan take 2 tbsp cashew, 2 tbsp almonds and 2 tbsp black sesame.
roast until the nuts turn crunchy.
add the nuts to ladoo flour mixture.
mix well making sure everything is well combined. if you feel the mixture is dry, you can add ghee or sprinkle warm milk.
now prepare the ladoo by pressing tightly.
finally, enjoy Rice Flour Ladoo for a week when stored in an airtight container.
