firstly, take 1 sitafal and collect the pulp. make sure to remove the seeds.
now in a large kadai heat 6 cup milk and add few kesar.
stir and get the milk to a boil.
when the milk comes to a boil, stick the cream to the sides of the kadai.
continue to simmer and boil until the milk reduces to half.
now add ½ cup condensed milk and mix well.
continue to boil further until the milk thickens completely. make sure to stick the cream to the sides.
now scrape all the cream from the sides and mix well. this helps to make rabdi creamy.
cool the rabdi completely, now add sitafal pulp and mix well.
also, add few chopped nuts and mix well.
finally, enjoy Sitafal Rabdi chilled topped with kesar and nuts.
