firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 cup besan.
add in ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp aamchur, ¼ tsp ajwain, pinch of hing and ¼ tsp salt. combine well.
further add ½ cup water and whisk smooth.
additionally add 1 green chilli, ¼ tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp capsicum and 1 tbsp coriander leaves.
mix well and get to thick flowing consistency batter.
now dip a bread slices into besan batter and cover both sides.
heat pan with oil and toast on low flame.
flip over and cook both sides till besan gets cooked completely and bread turns crisp.
press gently, make sure besan is cooked completely.
finally serve besan bread toast with green chutney or tomato sauce.
