- Firstly, in a bowl take 1 cup besan, ¼ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder,¼ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp salt and mix well. 
- Now add ¾ cup water and prepare a smooth batter. 
- Further add ½ onion, ½ tomato, ½ carrot, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 chilli and mix well. 
- Dip the bread slice in the batter coating the batter well. 
- Place the bread on hot tawa with some butter. 
- You can top it with some vegetables from the batter. 
- Cook for a minute and flip over. 
- Toast both sides adding butter as required until they turn golden and crisp. 
- Finally, enjoy Besan Bread Toast with green chutney and tomato sauce.
