Firstly, in a pan heat 2 tbsp oil. add 1 tsp cumin, pinch hing, 2 chilli, 2 cloves garlic and ½ tsp ginger paste. Saute well until the raw aroma goes off.
Keeping the flame on low, add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp aamchur, 2 tbsp chilli sauce and 2 tbsp tomato sauce.
Saute on low flame until the spices are well combined.
Now add 3 potato, ½ tsp salt and mix well.
Mix until the spices are well combined.
Now add 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
Once the mixture is cooled slightly, shape the tikki.
Roast on hot pan adding oil as required.
Roast both the sides until the tikki turns golden brown and crispy. Keep aside.
