in a frying pan take jeera, menthe/fenugreek seeds and red chilli and fry it with ghee for 2 minutes
add coconut to the frying pan and continue to fry for a minute
set aside the to cool down
transfer all the fried ingredients to blender and add little water to blend it to a smooth paste
take 1 cup of curd in a bowl and whisk it to a smooth paste
mix the grounded paste to curd
add salt as per the taste
heat oil in a pan and temper with the tempering ingredients.
