firstly, in a pressure cooker heat 2 tbsp ghee and saute spices.
also saute 1 onion followed by 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 green chilli.
additionally add 1 tomato and saute till the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
further keeping the flame on low, add ¼ cup whisked curd and saute till the curd combines well without curdling.
now add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp biryani masala and 1 tsp salt. saute on low flame till it turns aromatic.
additionally, add 2 tbsp mint and 2 tbsp coriander. mix well.
furthermore, add 1 cup basmati rice and 2 cup water. mix well.
cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium flame or till rice gets cooked completely.
finally, serve kuska rice / kuska biryani with mirchi ka salan or raita.
