firstly, in a large mixing bowl take all the ingredients listed and knead the dough well.
now take a large ball sized dough and roll to a cylindrical shape.
cover and steam for 20 minutes.
further, in a kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and splutter tempering.
add in sliced muthiya and mix well.
spread and roast on both sides until the sides turn crisp.
further add 2 tbsp coconut, 2 tbsp coriander and mix gently.
finally, enjoy dudhi na muthiya with green chutney.
