Take rice flour in a large bowl.
Add carrot, cucumber, onion, dill leaves, coriander, ginger, chilli and curry leaves.
Add cumin and salt.
Squeeze and mix well to release moisture from the vegetables.
Add warm water little by little and prepare a soft dough.
Grease butter paper with oil. You can alternatively use a banana leaf for traditional flavour.
Take a ball sized dough. Place on the butter paper and start patting gently.
Grease your hands with oil for easy patting.
Spread evenly to make a thin roti.
Place the butter paper upside down on hot tawa.
Press slightly and cook for few seconds.
Slowly remove the butter paper.
Spread little oil for uniform roasting.
Flip and roast both sides till they are cooked well.
