Firstly, in a mixer jar take 1 cup badam and grind to a fine powder. Keep aside.
In a kadai take ¾ cup milk, ½ cup sugar, 2 cup milk powder and mix well.
Mix until everything is well combined, keeping the flame on low.
Add 2 tbsp kesar milk and continue to cook on low flame.
The mixture starts to thicken and forms a dough consistency.
Add 1 tsp ghee, and ½ tsp cardamom powder and mix well.
Continue to cook until the mixture starts to separate the pan and turns non-sticky.
Transfer the mixture to a butterpaper and knead slightly, to form a soft dough.
Now take a ball-sized dough and shape to square or of your choice.
Garnish with badam and is ready to serve.
