Firstly, in a mixer jar take 1 banana.
Add 1 cup rava, ¾ cup poha, 1 cup curd, 2 tbsp jaggery, ½ tsp cardamom powder and ½ tsp salt.
Blend to smooth batter adding water as required.
Transfer the batter into the large bowl and add ¼ tsp turmeric.
Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
Also, add ¼ tsp baking soda and mix gently forming a frothy batter.
Pour the batter over the hot tawa.
Cook until the top of the dosa is cooked completely.
Finally, enjoy Instant Banana Dosa with chutney or honey.
