Ingredients

For chocolate cream:

  • 1 cup cream
  • 300 grams dark chocolate chips

For whipped cream:

  • 2 cup thickened cream
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • ½ cup condensed milk

Instructions

  • Firstly, in a saucepan, heat 1 cup of cream till it turns warm. Make sure not to boil the cream, as there is a chance the cream will curdle.
  • Pour the warm cream over 300 grams of dark chocolate chips.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, allowing the chocolate to melt.
  • Mix well, ensuring the cream is thoroughly combined. Keep aside.
  • In another bowl, take 2 cup thickened cream and beat on low speed.
  • Also, add 1 cup icing sugar and continue to beat on low speed.
  • Beat till the cream turns soft peaks.
  • Now add in the melted chocolate cream mixture and mix gently.
  • Check for sweetness, and add ½ cup condensed milk.
  • Mix well, ensuring everything is thoroughly combined.
  • Using a piping bag, transfer the mixture to the glass.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until the mousse has thickened.
