Firstly, in a bowl, take ¼ cup custard powder and dissolve with ½ cup milk.
Make sure there are no lumps, and keep aside.
In a kadai, heat 4 cups of milk and bring to a boil.
Once the milk comes to a boil, mix the prepared custard milk mixture continuously.
Keep stirring till the milk thickens and turns creamy.
Add in ½ cup sugar and mix well. Continue to cook till the custard turns creamy.
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Once the custard milk is chilled, it becomes more creamy. Whisk smooth to achieve a uniform thickness.
Add in fruits of your choice; I have added pomegranate, apple, banana, strawberry and grapes.
Also, add ½ tsp cardamom powder and mix well.
