Ingredients

  • ¼ cup custard powder
  • 5 cup milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • pomegranate
  • apple
  • banana
  • strawberry
  • grapes
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Firstly, in a bowl, take ¼ cup custard powder and dissolve with ½ cup milk.
  • Make sure there are no lumps, and keep aside.
  • In a kadai, heat 4 cups of milk and bring to a boil.
  • Once the milk comes to a boil, mix the prepared custard milk mixture continuously.
  • Keep stirring till the milk thickens and turns creamy.
  • Add in ½ cup sugar and mix well. Continue to cook till the custard turns creamy.
  • Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Once the custard milk is chilled, it becomes more creamy. Whisk smooth to achieve a uniform thickness.
  • Add in fruits of your choice; I have added pomegranate, apple, banana, strawberry and grapes.
  • Also, add ½ tsp cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Finally, enjoy the chilled Fruit Custard Recipe.
