firstly, in a large bowl take ¼ cup instant coffee powder and ¼ cup sugar.
also, add 3 tbsp hot water and mix well.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
now using a beater or whisk, beat on low speed.
make sure to beat in one direction so that air incorporates well.
continue to beat until the mixture lightens and thickens.
after 7-8 minutes the mixture turns creamy forming a smooth silky texture.
finally, dalgona mixture is ready, keep aside.
