Firstly, in a bowl place a sieve and add 1 cup maida, ½ cup powdered sugar, ¼ cup milk powder, ½ tsp baking soda and ¾ cup milk.
Sieve all the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add ¾ cup milk and mix using the whisk to ensure no lumps.
Further, add 2 tbsp honey and mix forming a smooth ribbon consistency batter.
Grease the non-stick frying pan with oil and pour ¼ cup pancake batter over the medium-hot pan.
Cook for 2 minutes or until the bubbles appear on the surface.
Now flip it over and continue to cook until it is cooked through.
Keep aside the pancake to cool completely.
Once the pancake is cooled, spread Nutella or any chocolate spread.
Cover with other pancakes and press gently.
