Ingredients

  • 1 pod garlic
  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coriander chopped
  • 5 slices bread
  • ½ cup cheese grated

Instructions

  • Firstly, roast 1 pod garlic on direct flame.
  • Roast on medium flame till the garlic is cooked well.
  • Cool completely, and mash the garlic really smooth.
  • Add ¼ cup butter, ½ tsp mixed herbs, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp salt. Mix well.
  • Also add 2 tbsp coriander and mix well, making sure everything is well combined.
  • Spread the garlic butter on a bread slice and top with cheese.
  • Toast ina  pan on low to medium flame by covering.
  • Cook till the cheese melts.
  • Finally, cut it in half and enjoy the Garlic Cheese Toast Recipe.
