Firstly, in a pan take 2 tbsp cumin and roast on low flame.
Roast until the cumin turns aromatic and golden brown.
Also, add 2 tsp pepper and continue to roast on low flame until it turns aromatic.
Cool completely, and transfer to the mixer jar.
Add 2 tbsp black salt, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp ginger powder, 2 tbsp amchur powder and 2 tbsp sugar.
Grind to fine powder and Homemade Jal Jeera Powder is ready.
To prepare pudina jal jeera drink, in mixer jar take 3 tbsp mint, 2 tbsp coriander, ¾ tsp jal jeera powder and grind to fine paste.
In a tall glass take a few ice cubes and pour in the prepared pudina jaleera drink mixture.
Add in ice-cold water or soda and lemon slices.
