Firstly, in a bowl, take 1 cup jowar flour, 3 tbsp rava and ½ tsp salt.
Add ¼ cup curd and 1½ cups water, mix well, forming a smooth lump-free batter.
Also add 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp carrot, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 inch ginger, 2 chilli. Mix well.
Now add ½ tsp eno fruit salt and mix well till the batter turns frothy.
Now sprinkle the pan with sesame seeds and pour the batter.
Top with oil and cook on a low flame.
Once the bottom is cooked, flip and cook both sides.
