Firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tsp ghee and 1 cup milk. Mix well.
Now add 2 cup milk powder and mix until everything is well combined.
Further, add ½ cup sugar powder and continue to stir.
Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and starts to hold the shape.
Add 2 tbsp red tutti frutti, 2 tbsp green tutti frutti, ½ tsp cardamom powder and 1 tsp ghee.
Mix well until the mixture holds the shape and turns non-sticky.
Transfer to the butter paper and roll cylindrical. Make sure to smoothen the mixture well.
Apply sliver vark over the roll and rest for 30 minutes.
