Firstly, in a saucepan take 4 cup water and add ¾ cup sabudana.
Stir and boil the sabudana for 10 minutes or until the sabudana is cooked well and turns translucent.
Drain off the sabudana and rinse with cold water. Keep aside.
In a kadai heat 4 cup milk.
Once the milk comes to a boil, add custard milk. (prepare the custard milk by mixing 2 tbsp custard powder in ½ cup milk)
Keep stirring until the milk starts to thickens.
Now add ¼ cup sugar and mix well.
Transfer the custard milk to a large bowl.
Add boiled sabudana, 2 tsp sabja seeds (soaked in water) and 1 cup mango pulp.
Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the mixture is chilled.
