- 4 cup milk
- ice cubes
- 2 tbsp rooh afza
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp sabja seeds
- 2 cup watermelon finely chopped
Firstly, in a large bowl take 4 cup of chilled milk. Make sure to use full-fat cream milk.
Add ice cubes to make the milk extra chilled.
Also, add 2 tbsp rooh afza and ¼ cup sugar. Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
Now add 2 cups chopped watermelon, 2 tbsp sabja seeds and mix well. The small pieces of watermelon give a nice crunch in the milk.
Further to make it extra flavourful, you can add more rooh afza depending on the flavour.
Finally, mix well and enjoy Watermelon Milkshake or Mohabbat Ka Sharbat.
