Firstly, in a saucepan, add enough water and 3 tomatoes, along with 10 dried red chillies.
Boil for 5 minutes, or until the tomato softens.
Drain off the tomato and transfer to the mixer jar.
Add 4 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger and grind to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and cook the tomato chilli paste.
Add 1 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of tomato sauce, 2 tsp of vinegar, and 2 tbsp of spring onion.
Mix and cook until the raw flavour is gone.
Finally, serve Momo Sauce or Momos Red Chutney with Momos.
