firstly, chop 1 muskmelon / rockmelon into pieces.
transfer the melon to into the blender and grind it to smooth juice. keep aside.
in a pan take ¼ cup sabudana and 3 cup water.
stir and boil for 5 minutes or until the sabudana softens.
drain off the sabudana pearls and keep them aside.
in a large bowl take 3 cup water and ¼ cup custard powder.
whisk and mix well making sure everything is well combined.
transfer the custard milk mixture and cook well.
continue to cook until the mixture thickens.
further, add ¼ cup sugar and mix well. custard milk is ready.
cool completely and transfer the custard milk to a large bowl.
add prepared muskmelon juice.
also, add 2 tbsp sabja seeds, and boiled sabudana.
also add 2 tbsp cashew, 2 tbsp pistachios, 2 tbsp badam, and 2 tbsp dates.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
chill the sharbat and finally, enjoy the muskmelon sharbat.
