Ingredients

  • ½ pineapple chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • ½ cucumber chopped
  • ½ onion chopped
  • ½ carrot chopped
  • ½ capsicum chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander chopped
  • 2 tbsp mint chopped
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Firstly, in a bowl take ½ pineapple, 1 tomato, ½ cucumber, ½ onion, ½ carrot and ½ capsicum.
  • Also, add 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp mint, ½ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp chaat masala and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
  • Mix well, making sure everything is well combined.
