Firstly, in a bowl take 1½ cup besan, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, pinch hing, ½ tsp ajwain and ½ tsp salt.
Mix well making sure all the spices are well combined.
Add 1 cup water and mix using a whisk.
Prepare a smooth batter and mix continuously for 5 minutes.
Now add ½ onion, ½ capsicum, ½ tomato, ½ cup paneer, 2 tbsp sesame, 2 tbsp coriander and ½ tsp ginger paste.
Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
Rest for 10 minutes, or until the besan are absorbed well.
Now heat the pan, and pour the batter. spread gently making sure the chilla is as thin as possible.
Spread half tsp oil.
Cook on medium flame making sure the base is cooked well.
Flip over and roast both sides.
