Firstly, in a bowl take 1 cup ragi grain and rinse with water.
Drain off the water and spread it on a cloth to dry.
Once the ragi has dried, transfer to the pan and roast on low flame.
Roast until the ragi grains lose their moisture and turn aromatic.
Cool completely, and transfer to the mixer jar.
Add 10 badam, 2 tbsp coconut, 3 tbsp jaggery, ½ tsp cardamom powder and water.
Grind to smooth consistency.
Sieve the milk using a muslin cloth. you can again grind with more water to extract the milk further.
Also, add 2 tbsp sabja seeds and ice cubes to make it more cool.
