in a small mixi, take ½ cup milk, ½ cup oil, ½ tsp mustard powder, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp sugar and ½ tsp salt.
pulse and blend 10 times.
now the mixture has thicken.
slowly add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp vinegar.
close and pulse 10 more times.
now the mixture has thickened even further.
further, add 2 more tbsp oil and pulse for 5 times.
the mixture will turn very thick and creamy.
finally, eggless mayonnaise is ready to enjoy.
