for instant pizza sauce:

  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes

for pizza:

  • 8 slice bread white or brown
  • 4 slice processed cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • onion
  • capsicum
  • tomato
  • sweet corn
  • jalapeno
  • olives


how to make instant homemade pizza sauce:

  • firstly, in a small bowl take ½ cup tomato sauce and 2 tbsp chilli sauce.
  • add 1 tsp mixed herbs and ½ tsp chilli flakes.
  • mix well making sure everything is well combined. pizza sauce is ready.

how to make cheese burst bread pizza:

  • firstly, take a slice of bread and cut the sides.
  • roll to thin thickness. keep aside.
  • now take another bread slice and place a slice of processed cheese.
  • top with 1 tbsp of mozzarella cheese to make it extra cheesy.
  • cover with rolled bread.
  • now spread 2 tsp of prepared pizza sauce. you can also use store-bought pizza sauce if you have.
  • top with 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese.
  • also, top with onion, capsicum, tomato, sweet corn, jalapeno and olives.
  • further top with 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
  • place the bread pizza on pan greased with butter.
  • cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until cheese melt completely. make sure the flame is really low and also the pan is thick-bottomed, else there are chances for bread to burn.
  • finally, slice the pizza in half and enjoy cheese burst pizza.
