Ingredients

for punjabi lassi:

  • 1 cup curd thick
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder

for dry fruit lassi:

  • 1 cup curd thick
  • 2 tbsp pistachios
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 1 anjeer chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp saffron food colour

for rose lassi:

  • 1 cup curd thick
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp rooh afza

for chocolate lassi:

  • 1 cup curd thick
  • 3 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

how to make punjabi lassi:

  • firstly, in a blender take 1 cup curd. make sure the curd is thick and chilled.
  • add 2 tbsp sugar and ¼ tsp cardamom powder.
  • blend to make sure everything is well combined.
  • finally, pour punjabi lassi in a tall glass and top with malai or cardamom powder.

how to make dry fruit lassi:

  • firstly, in a blender take 1 cup curd. make sure the curd is thick and chilled.
  • add 2 tbsp pistachios, 2 tbsp almonds, 1 anjeer, 2 tbsp sugar and ¼ tsp saffron food colour.
  • blend to make sure everything is well combined.
  • finally, pour dry fruit lassi in a tall glass and top with chopped pistachios.

how to make rose lassi:

  • firstly, in a blender take 1 cup curd. make sure the curd is thick and chilled.
  • add 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp rooh afza. adjust the sugar to your choice as rooh afza also has sugar.
  • blend to make sure everything is well combined.
  • finally, pour rose lassi in a tall glass and top with rose syrup.

how to make chocolate lassi:

  • firstly, in a blender take 1 cup curd. make sure the curd is thick and chilled.
  • add 3 tbsp chocolate sauce and 2 tbsp sugar.
  • blend to make sure everything is well combined.
  • finally, pour chocolate lassi in a tall glass and top with chocolate syrup.
