Ingredients

for masala maggi:

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 clove garlic finely chopped
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • ½ carrot finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
  • ½ tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack maggi noodles
  • 1 pack tastemaker
  • 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped

for cheesy maggi:

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 clove garlic finely chopped
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp spring onion chopped
  • ½ tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
  • 1 pack maggi noodles
  • 1 pack tastemaker
  • 2 slice cheese
  • 2 tbsp spring onion chopped

for spicy curry maggi:

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 2 chilli slit
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp beans chopped
  • ½ carrot finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack maggi noodles
  • 1 pack tastemaker
  • 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped

for chilli garlic maggi:

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 chilli slit
  • 2 clove garlic finelt chopped
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp spring onion chopped
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack maggi noodles
  • few capsicums chopped
  • 1 pack tastemaker
  • 2 tbsp spring onion finely chopped

Instructions

how to make masaledar masala maggi:

  • firstly, in pan heat 2 tsp oil and saute 2 clove garlic and ½ onion.
  • add ½ carrot, 2 tbsp capsicum, ½ tomato and 2 tbsp sweet corn.
  • saute until the vegetables turn crunchy.
  • further add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp salt and saute until the spices turn aromatic.
  • add 1 cup water and get to a boil.
  • now bread 1 pack maggi noodles roughly and add 1 pack tastemaker.
  • mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
  • finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy masaledar maggi.

how to make cheesy maggi recipe:

  • firstly, in a pan heat 1 tsp butter, add 2 clove garlic, ½ tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp mixed herbs and saute until the spices turn aromatic.
  • add ½ onion, 2 tbsp spring onion and saute slightly.
  • further add ½ tomato, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp capsicum and saute until the vegetables turn crunchy.
  • add 1 cup water and get to a boil.
  • now bread 1 pack maggi noodles roughly and add 1 pack tastemaker.
  • mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
  • now add 2 slice of cheese and mix until the cheese melts completely. if the noodles are thick, then add water if required.
  • finally, add 2 tbsp spring onion and enjoy cheese maggi.

how to make spicy curry maggi:.

  • firstly, in a pan heat 1 tsp butter, add 2 clove garlic, 2 chilli and saute slightly.
  • add ½ onion and saute until the onion shrink slightly.
  • further add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and ¼ tsp salt.
  • saute until the spices turn aromatic.
  • further, add ½ cup tomato puree and satue until the tomato puree thickens.
  • now add 2 tbsp beans, ½ carrot, 2 tbsp capsicum and 2 tbsp sweet corn. saute for a minute, or until the vegetables turn crunchy.
  • add 1 cup water and get to a boil.
  • now bread 1 pack maggi noodles roughly and add 1 pack tastemaker.
  • mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
  • finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy spicy curry maggi.

how to make chilli garlic maggi:

  • firstly, in a pan heat 1 tsp butter, add 2 clove garlic, 2 chilli and saute slightly.
  • add ½ onion, 2 tbsp spring onion and saute until the onion shrink slightly.
  • now add 2 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce and ¼ tsp pepper powder. saute until the sauces turn aromatic.

  • now bread 1 pack maggi noodles, few capsicums and add 1 pack tastemaker.
  • mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
  • finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy spicy curry maggi.
