Ingredients

for dough:

  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 2 cup maida
  • 2 clove garlic finely chopped
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oil

for stuffing:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 clove garlic finely chopped
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup paneer cubes
  • cheese grated

Instructions

how to make paneer stuffing:

  • firstly, in a large bowl take ½ cup warm milk, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp dry yeast.
  • mix well and allow the yeast to activate.
  • once the yeast activates, add 2 cup maida, 2 clove garlic, ½ tsp mixed herbs, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp salt.
  • mix well and start to knead the dough.
  • add milk as required and knead to a smooth dough.
  • now add 2 tsp oil and continue to knead the dough.
  • tuck the dough, cover and rest for 2 hours or until the dough doubles in size.

how to make paneer stuffing:

  • firstly, in a large pan heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 2 clove garlic.
  • add ½ onion and saute until the onion shrinks.
  • now add 2 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp capsicum and saute well.
  • also add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise, ½ tsp mixed herbs, ½ tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp chilli powder and ½ tsp salt.
  • mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • further, add ½ cup paneer and mix well. stuffing is ready, keep it aside.

how to shape paneer parcel:

  • after the dough has rested for 2 hours, punch the dough gently and knead slightly.
  • pinch a ball sized dough and roll gently.
  • fold the sides shaping into a triangle.
  • place a tsp cheese, followed by 1 tbsp prepared paneer stuffing and cheese.
  • seal the tips with water and bring them together.
  • brush the parcel with milk to get a golden colour.
  • you can bake in kadai for 20 minutes or bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • now brush with butter to get the shiny crust.
  • finally, enjoy zingy parcel recipe with sauce.
