firstly, in a large tawa or wok heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp butter.
add 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 1 chilli and saute slightly.
also add ½ onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute until onion shrinks slightly.
further add ½ capsicum, 1 carrot, 5 beans, 3 tbsp peas and 1 tomato.
stir fry on high flame until vegetables are cooked yet remain crunchy.
now add 1 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp pav bhaji masala, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp schezwan sauce.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
further, add ½ cup paneer and ½ potato. mix gently without breaking.
add in cooked rice, 2 tbsp coriander and mix gently.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
finally, enjoy paneer tawa pulao with raita.
