firstly, in a mixer jar take 2 cup rava and grind to fine powder.
transfer the suji powder to a large bowl. you can also add half cup maida at this stage to make the binding easy.
also add 2 tbsp sesame, ½ tsp salt and mix well.
pour in 2 tbsp hot oil and mix well.
crumble and mix making sure the flour is moist.
further, add warm water and start to knead the knead.
knead the dough adding water as required to form a soft dough.
cover and rest the dough for 20 minutes or until the suji absorbs the water.
after 20 minutes, knead the dough gently.
pinch a ball sized dough and roll.
roll to a slightly thick thickness.
cut into thin strips or the shape of your choice.
deep fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on medium.
stir and fry on medium flame until the suji sticks turn crispy.
drain off the sticks to remove excess oil.
