firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cup soya chunks and soak them in hot water for 20 minutes.
drain off the water and rinse well.
squeeze water and transfer to a mixer jar.
pulse and grind to coarse texture.
transfer the shredded soya chunks into a large bowl.
add ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 2 chilli, 2 tbsp coriander, ¾ tsp salt and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
also, add 2 potatoes and 2 tbsp cornflour. mix well.
squeeze and mix well making sure the mixture is well combined.
now pinch a ball sized mixture and shape random. keep aside.
now prepare the slurry, take ½ cup corn flour, ½ cup maida, ¼ tsp pepper powder and ¼ tsp salt.
prepare a smooth batter adding water as required.
now dip the soya nuggets into the corn flour slurry.
coat into crushed corn flakes.
deep fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on medium.
stir occasionally and fry until the nuggets turn golden brown and crisp.
finally, enjoy veg chicken nuggets with tomato sauce.
